Bringing myself to the reality of the situation is not something that is easy to do for anyone. But in reality i have been pretty slack in working towards making this project work. I have more then anything seem to rely on the finding of money to move this forward then anything else.

What i have realised from this is that the finding of money as i previously mentioned is not going to get me to a million dollars.  While i do not want to veto the idea of finding my way to a million, which does have potential, that is not really what this project is called or about. What this project is called is Double your way to a million, what it is about is taking a stake amount of money investing and gaining a return for it, or if this is not possible trading something such as time to generate sufficient income for future trades.

I do really get the impression that while i have been often talking about different idea’s i have had to do this, i have missed one very big point towards this. No action, generates no results. I have really taken no action towards any of the idea’s that i have mentioned to date, and as such and as you may know i have had no results to speak of. The only money that makes up my current $9.88 stake is from finding or choosing to contribute small sums of money that i have gained to the project. If i am to really move this project forward, i really need to add something more, take some action and make something happen.

I can see that the potential for this project is going to be fairly similar to the range of other similar project i have seen running that essentially get to a point, some even quite far along. But inevitably just die out because what is being done to generate the income for the project is not scalable to larger projects. That is what i want to try and avoid, and maybe one of the reasons that i have taken a little longer to settle and actually take action, because i want to start something that is going to scale up to something bigger as the project moves ahead.

It is something that i now realise, i need to take action to get results. So watch in the next couple of days for another post, as i try and make a decision on just which idea i will implement, and attempt to get some results as quickly as possible.

COIN FINDS

Another 5cent piece was found, which is actually about the third in the last week, i had not noted each on the lbog here, as it seems silly to create a post and a story around finding 5 cents, however, in saying that i am not wanting to discount the meaning of finding 5 cents. Every coin you find should be classed as just as important as any other, in your mind as if you discount the find of a 5 cent piece, then your mind will stop looking for them.

ONLINE POINTS

I now need less then 600 points to get a $30 voucher, i estimeate that at the current rate i am earning these points i should be able to reasonably expect this around late Jan to early Feb next year. I am doing as much as i can to gain points, without spending cast amounts of time and or money doing so. It is adding on by about 5-10 points per day, some days more, so maybe it might even comes soon.

WEBSITE REVENUE

Well, it is hard to tell at the moment, but i think visitors to my other sites may be down a little, and still as yet i have not really made any income to really talk of from my online ventures. I have Adsense, amazon affiliate, and i think one other set-up but just have not really been able to do much to integrate them at the moment. OTHER THINGS

There are many things that i have mentioned i have or am considering here as well things like market stalls, video subscriptions sites, and more. All of it is still things that i am considering i just have not had the time to get around to really putting in the effort to see just how i might do it. Or it is just that i am working but had no real progress on the idea. Hope to being something new to the table soon.

Well, as i mentioned in my posts i think yesterday or the day before i am considering a video membership site, which will cost maybe a few dollars a month to have access to a continually growing range of videos. Well i am really thinking this idea is going to work and going to start really putting the time in to get it setup.

I have enough content (video’s and some articles) to get things started and running for maybe 5 or 6 months. The biggest challenge that i am going to have is the actual website script to make it all happen. I kind of know what i need, but it is just finding one that is suitable that does it the way i want to do it. May be something that i need to get custom done, but once i have some spare time i will look into. Also i need to figure a suitable domain for this project, because it is going to be a varying range of content, so i need some general but easy to remember, that can also be branded to a few different industries.

Well it will hopefully be something that i can put together and get running for early next year, maybe a January 1st launch would work well. Which means i will have to get working on this pretty soon, to start marketing for the launch by about mid December.

Also a quick snippet, i am going to start working on somethings for this site to make it a little more visually appealing. Not sure exactly what yet but you may start seeing changes as early as this weekend, if i have the time.

Today i found another 10 cent piece, which will help bring me up to $9.78 in the project at this point in time. Finding money is still the main area that has added to this project with a total of $7.50 now found. I am really looking to push now even if just for the 22 cents to get me over the $10 mark.

While the $10 mark is not a step, and is very much a small sum of money, it is a victory in as such it is the first step time i will go to 4 digits in the project. It would be kind of nice to go over with a four digit gain, so finding $10 or something similar, like a profit from selling something.

I have had another idea for a site, i recently bought a video pack that has resale rights, which included the right to include in a membership site, i was thinking of maybe setting up a site where people could access the video’s for a small monthly fee, say $4 or $5. I would offer a small set of maybe 20-30 videos to start and add about 10-15 per month. They are informative video’s and would probably be quite useful for the right people as such the price would be negligible for them. Also i would offer an option to purchase them all on cd or maybe dvd later on when there is many more. Theses could sell i think for $30-$40 or maybe even more.

Anyway every idea is a potential money maker so for the moment i wont discount any of the ideas that i have.

Well, another small gain today as i found a 10 cent coin when i got out of the car at the shops. This brings the total stake i have in the project up to $9.68. Of which $7.40 i have found in coins and notes, $0.28 from unexpected interest credits, and a $2.00 Tax rebate. While this does still really stand at small amount in contrast to the final goal, there are some good stats coming from elsewhere.

I am sitting at about 80% of the points i need to claim a $30 voucher from one online points system, which at the current rate i am earning points i think should have me getting this voucher in the early months of next year, maybe April or May. The other online potential income is from Adsense ads on some of my websites, they are still only giving very, very small return, however the visitors to my websites is growing month to month, and since i added an additional site last month, there is good potential here.

In addition to my websites, once i start getting into full swing of selling at the markets, and selling on ebay, if i do get to that, then i should have a few good income streams, even if they are only providing a small amount of income each.
